Her writing is honest, transparent, and is packed with her down to earth humor and powerful wisdom. I love Jessica's writing, because you can see her dogged pursuit of the Lord's heart for her life, as well as her desire to share every ounce of love and revelation she's received with others. Jessica reminds us that we aren't meant to spend our waiting seasons in self pity or moping, but that God has something equally exciting and purposed in this now and not yet!

I wish something like this would have been around when I was in my early 20s and waiting to meet my husband. It helps to focus on the eternal and not the temporary.
Although it’s Jessica’s story, the principles in the book are applicable to anyone who is waiting on the Lord. Everyone at some point and time is “waiting." Instead of reading it as waiting for a “husband” or “marriage,” the reader can substitute her own personal circumstances. This truly is a book for everyone.
